We are building Pakistan's WhatsApp Commerce AI
Tijarat AI gives a small Pakistani seller an AI sales agent that takes orders on WhatsApp 24/7 — and a fraud shield that protects them from the cash-on-delivery losses that quietly kill online businesses here.
Why we exist
In Pakistan, most online selling happens on WhatsApp — not on websites or big marketplaces. A seller posts on Instagram or Facebook, and buyers come to WhatsApp to ask “price?” and place orders. It is personal, fast, and it works.
But two things break it as a seller grows: messages pile up faster than one person can reply (so sales are missed, especially at night), and cash-on-delivery means a large share of orders are fake or returned — the dreaded RTO that eats the entire month's profit.
Tijarat AI exists to fix both. An AI sales agent replies instantly, quotes the right price from your catalog, takes the order, and books the courier — while a fraud shield screens every COD order so you ship to real buyers, not time-wasters.
What we believe
Grounded AI, never invented
Our AI only quotes prices and products from your own catalog — it cannot make up a price or a discount. No hallucinated answers, no buyer tricking the bot into a free order.
Fraud protection that is fair
Our COD fraud shield flags risky orders, but it is auditable and never permanently dooms a buyer. We protect sellers without quietly blacklisting people for life.
Built for small sellers
We price for a home-based seller, not an enterprise. The goal is that one prevented fraud order pays for the whole month — so the tool funds itself.
Who is behind Tijarat AI
Tijarat AI is an independent platform founded and operated by Rehan, and registered under sole proprietor Malik Imran Ahmed in Tarnol, Islamabad, Pakistan. We are an early-stage, founder-led company — we would rather be honest about that than invent logos and numbers we do not have.
We build close to the people we serve: Pakistani WhatsApp sellers. Every feature is shaped by the real problems of running a small COD business here, not by what looks good in a pitch deck.
